Flowers rectified quickly - they were beautiful. I ordered some flowers for my Grandma's birthday. They arrived a couple of days earlier than planned and they were pretty but some of the roses were dropped and the leaves were crispy. I emailed the company and sent a photo. They immediately said they would send a new bouquet out to her. They arrived within the next day or two. They were so much better and she loves them. Really happy with the service, it would have been nice for it to have been right the first time, but they solved the complaint quickly and I would order again.

Amazing service from Louise today-I had to send flowers urgently and was in a bit of a pickle. She was so helpful and patient. Thank you so much xx

I left it very late to order flowers for my Auntie - other companies had no dates available pre-Christmas but you were able to get flowers to her within 2 days. She is absolutely delighted with her beautiful Christmas bouquet so thank you for your fantastic service and for your flowers that are giving someone so much pleasure.

Very beautiful arrangements! Delivery was fast, with a personal touch. Next time will try different design.
