I was sent somebody else’s order. I tried to call to get this resolved. I was hung up by the automated system saying that there’s no representatives available. I tried to chat with somebody online. They said somebody would be with me shortly. I waited for 30 minutes one time 45 minutes another time nobody responded to my message. Very disappointed

I love how the cake that’s not too sweet like others. It was well-packed and came with a huge beautiful carrying bag. It was pricey but it was worth. I would purchase again for the next occasion.

The delivery has been significantly delayed and when attempting to find out what was wrong I dealt with incomplete and brittle responses. For a company with such Grand affect customer service is rather crude and incompetent.

The cakes are good and are totally worth the price. It comes packed with dry ice! Just make sure to defrost it for at least 12 hours beforehand.
