The cake was a hit! However, I did not have the best delivery experience. I got the order confirmation which states that I should be receiving shipping confirmation and updates but did that did not happen. Because I didn’t get any shipment updates the cake was actually sitting in my mail room for a couple of hours before I reached out via chat to get the status update. And the delivery service did not follow instructions to keep the box facing upward so my cake was sitting on it’s side but luckily the dry ice kept the cake in shape.

When I make an order and I think I am supposed receive slices including passion fruit one, and I received my order today, there is not passion fruit one. That’s my girl favorite, I think they should send email notify customer if there any change at least.

5 dats later amd havent received a tracking number, sent emails, tried calling. Nothing. I paid $145 for my cake and i didnt receive it per rge confirmation email. I will never purchase from lady M again. Be warned

the mochi in the sesame cake is totally dry even the cake is fully unfrozen.

Don’t offer express delivery if you can’t deliver on time

The cake was delicious, and the customer service was excellent! Highly recommend!
