Really bad service

I buy multiple sets of Lady M twice a year for Chinese New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival as gifts for my customers. The shipments are always delayed until I call customer service. On top of that, every time, it is missing an envelope, a decoration, or some other small item. Customer service has been horrible to begin with and has only gotten worse. Last time, they showed absolutely no interest in fixing the issue or sending me the missing envelope. I spend almost a thousand dollars every single time, and it is missing a simple paper envelope. Overall, I am very, very disappointed. It seems like nobody cares. Update: After writing this review yesterday, the owner reached out to me and made things right. I guess Lady M is trying to improve their customer service, and I'm willing to give them another chance—especially since I really love their products.

Incredible cakes. If you want to impress your guests or just have a lovely dessert after a nice meal, Lady M is the go-to dessert in our family.
