I can’t thank everyone at Lady Bird Deed Now enough!! My boyfriend was declining fast due to his severe cirrhosis and he was approved by legal aid and they found a lawyer to take on his case, but since it was all pro bono, to say that they were dragging their feet would have been the best thing I could say about them. I found Lady Bird Deed Now online through a Google search and I had filled out the online form. I was leary about submitting the payment immediately, but I soon received a call from one of the owners, who listened to my situation and advised me to pay for the 24-48 hour service. He arranged a mobile notary to come to our house since he was concerned about using an online notary since my boyfriend had Thrush and he didn’t want any reason to be able to contest this in the future. We, of course, had to pay the for the mobile notary and witness, but it was all more than worth it! Sadly, my boyfriend passed away just days after we completed this process and I am so thankful for everyone who assisted us with this matter!! After he passed, I had sent a reply text asking a few questions and the same gentleman called me to go over what actions I needed to take next. I have since brought his death certificate to the county and have been able to verify through an online search that the property is now in my name. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services to anyone who is in need and please know that they will go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of!! Thank you so much for everything! I don’t know where I would be if you didn’t offer your services and as quickly as you did!! Thank you!! 🙌🏼💞

The process and people were very professional and informative. They answered any questions I had and had excellent follow up. Loved the fact I could pay one small fee to have my Ladybird Deed completed in days from draft, notarization to filing for me.

The entire process was smooth, responsive and straight forward. The only issue was when doing the ID verification process it seems like it is opening the Notary online web signing session. I had to go back and forth a couple times and then figured it out. Overall, great experience.

This experience was a convenient simple process from the comfort of our home. This Deed will ensure our home goes directly to our children without being held up in probate. The cost was minimal in comparison to a trust.
