My on-line experience completing the Lady Bird Deed was a pretty smooth experience for me. When I was experiencing some difficulty on the zoom call Staff immediately assisted me and the process was flawless!

The entire process was smooth
The entire process was smooth, responsive and straight forward. The only issue was when doing the ID verification process it seems like it is opening the Notary online web signing session. I had to go back and forth a couple times and then figured it out. Overall, great experience.
