The process was so easy
The process was so easy. It took very little information and a ten minute notary FaceTime and it was done. I can’t believe attorneys are getting by with charging thousands of dollars for this. It’s a two page document that just fills in your information and sent to the county for filing.

Quick, professional service
The process was easy and quick. It took six days from the day I contacted Lady Bird Deed Now until the online notarizing. There was one question that needed clarification and it was able to be resolved in a phone call lasting a minute. Any follow-up through email was quick and professional. I am totally satisfied with Lady Bird Deed and recommend them without reservation.

Everything was done quickly and efficiently. All the interaction was smooth, and when I had questions I was not ignored. A truly wonderful experience. All agents were thoughtful and there never was a ‘stupid’ question. Thank you all again

LB Process
Everything was smooth, professional and user friendly. The cost was a fraction of an office visit with a lawyer. The on-line notarization process even came with screenshots for the less technical savvy client and I appreciated that very much. Thank you.
