Ladder loans has great customer service. I was very confused and frustrated about my current financial situation and they calmed me down and told me that they could help me find a good solution for my problems. We talked about how much I could afford each month and how much I would be saving by consolidating. I feel so much more in control of my finances now and am very happy with the great service that Ladder Loans has provided me.

Called the number after I looked up co. It isn’t a loan Co. after hearing the speech I told him I needed to think about it. Emailed back that we were going another direction. The guy was Rude and condescending in his reply back. I replied Wow that was Hostile. I guess they are nice if they get you. If not look out!!!!
