Ricardo was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He explained everything thoroughly and helped to come to the best solution for me.

Michael Mandell saved my rating on this experience. The original person I had been working with the previous week suddenly took personal leave and my calls/texts were no longer being returned. So, I called the primary number and connected with Michael who has been exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful throughout this complicated and scary process.

I was helped by Joey Gonzalez and he was very informative and answered all my concerns. I just started the program so we'll see how it goes but so far everyone has been very kind and helpful.

Joey explained everything well and made it an easy process.

Rick was such a great help with explaining everything to me and helping me understand the process

One comes to find quickly that the debt industry is exhausting and full of snake oil salesman and rug pullers who just won’t leave you alone. Then there is Joti, a breath of fresh air in a smog filled business landscape. Joti never made me feel pressured. She worked around me and on my terms in regards to method of correspondence, time, etc. She was a pleasure to work with and made me feel comfortable in a time I forgot what comfortable was. I can’t recommend Joti highly enough..

A very respectful and patient young lady that helped me thru the whole process

Great people to work with
