Will gave is an estimate that we accepted. Answered all of our questions along the way, kept us informed of an install date, the crew showed up and completed the install as they said they would. The crew cleaned the area when finished. Very good customer service.

Michael Mandell was amazing!!!! He explained everything to me in great detail making sure I understood absolutely everything he we were talking about! He was so helpful, kind and personable!!! What a fantastic experience!!!

Highly unprofessional and rude. I was contacted and given the option for information by phone OR email. Since I was working at the time in an environment where I could not take calls, I asked for the email option. The response I received told me that if I "cannot afford the time for a call, then we are not the lender for you", then proceeded to tell me they were closing my application until I can "find the time". Why even give me the option then? When I replied and told them that this was rude and their wording misleading, I received another passive aggressive response telling me that if I thought it was rude and not informative, then he (suddenly just him, not we) is not the lender for me. Damn right, because I would never do business with someone who treats clients in this manner. So beware if you receive any contact from Joe Navarro - allegedly a Sr. Consultant! - he is highly unprofessional and passive aggressive.
