When I first started this process, I was completely overwhelmed and extremely tired of the vicious cycle I was in. After speaking with Rick Torres several times, he made the process so easy to understand and helped me figure out a way to get out of the exhausting cycle and be able to actually have a paycheck without it being gone immediately! I am so grateful for the assistance and guidance he gave and cannot wait for my journey with FDR to embark!

One comes to find quickly that the debt industry is exhausting and full of snake oil salesman and rug pullers who just won’t leave you alone. Then there is Joti, a breath of fresh air in a smog filled business landscape. Joti never made me feel pressured. She worked around me and on my terms in regards to method of correspondence, time, etc. She was a pleasure to work with and made me feel comfortable in a time I forgot what comfortable was. I can’t recommend Joti highly enough..
