Needed to return an item I bought because it was too big. I emailed and never got a response from anyone. I tried to fill out return form online and it would not allow me to print or say why I needed to return it. I placed it in the mail and hope I get my money back. That's all I can do. No customer service is bad! Don't think I will be ordering again. Bra was also not as pretty as it was online. Looked different. ** I will edit my review if I get my money refunded. We will see.

You have frustrated me to the end. I have been a great longtime customer my wife’s drawers are filled with your products. Always been satisfied til last order…. Order #VASZNZCK placed 1/13/23. First shipment sent to Santa Monica, Ca. Who knows why?? After 5-6 emails we were told order re- shipped but we only received one of two of the outfits ordered. 3-4 more emails to customer support. Most if not almost all go unanswered! Finally Sandra responds apologizes and said we are getting a full credit and the missing outfit is on its way. Never got the 2nd outfit NOR the credit!! Sandra has gone silent to the last 3 emails I sent directly to her. Furthermore, I copied all emails and included a written letter mailed to your HQ Att: Customer Service. Never heard a peep back. You guys really screw this up and I can assure you I’ll never order again unless someone gets off their gaming terminal and actually responds to a VALUABLE, FREQUENT CUSTOMER!!! Peter Bradley

I am still waiting for the rest of my order-1 black bra. I received two of three items and have not received a reply back letting me know when this will ship to me. I placed this order six weeks ago+\-

Your website never sends the email to get my new password. Very annoying

The order has taken over 45 days so far. It has not arrived- but I did get an email asking about the quality of service- which was 5 days ago- but still no delivery. It's pretty rubbish, really. I have emailed to ask what's going on but got no reply yet.

Great customer service. Easy return process I wish they still carried the Weissman brand but I've bought other brands. Always very sexy

I had to email to find out again when the order was being shipped, and than they only sent 2 of the 3 items that I ordered, they wrote in pencil on the form that was stuffed in the package that it wasn’t available, even though it was 3 weeks earlier when i ordered it.
