Overpriced. Excellent product, but only giving 3 stars due to inflated price. Found the exact same product on Amazon for half of Lacy Hint's so called sale price.

I ordered my wife a Ines - Black Ultra Sheer Bra Balconette and thong panty set and a Lea - Light Cream Sheer Bra Balconette and thong panty set for a couple of special occasions we had coming up. I was at work when she got them in the mail so she sent me picture texts posing in each one. She is a natural 36C and commented on how well they fit, the good quality and how nice they looked (I agree) She liked getting a surprise in the mail and I love the way the look on her. Shipping was fast, she received them when promised.

Exquisite, beautiful, sexy high-quality merchandise. Unfailing, responsive customer support. What more could you ask? Oh, yeah: terrific value for the money. They’ve got that, too, everywhere you turn. My wife adores everything i’ve purchased for her. I’ll be back.

made a return of a black bra that was too small. there was traces of baby powder on the bra because I tried it on when I came out of the shower. they would not accept the return and claimed it was worn and soiled. I never wore the bra = it was too small and was nice enough to try it on fresh from a shower. The sizing of the bras is misleading - they run very small.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It is true, we do not accept back the bras that are coated with baby powder. Our policy clearly states the merchandise needs to be returned clean and tried on fresh body, free of any lotions and deodorants. This policy stands to protect our future customers from receiving intimate apparel in questionable condition. Quality is our priority.

There is some real confusion about the discount. They offer 10% or they offer 3 free panties. I tried getting three free panties because it would’ve been a better discount than the 10%, but it would not give it to me. Then to top it all off when I receive the order they shorted me the three paintings

Thank you for your review. On the records I can see you have placed an online order with a code for 10% discount, which was successfully applied. I do not see any other code applied. Currently we do not offer any deals with 3 free panties and have not in the past. You can view a full list of current discounts on top of our Homepage for future purchase.

I only gave a 3 due to customer service. I received my order of about 8 items and I wanted to exchange 4. The quality of my items was good but sizing ran smaller than I normally wear. Not an easy way to exchange online and no number to call listed to get help. I sent first email with questions and it took several days to get a response. After response came, I replied with further questions and as of now about week later still waiting for response. I decided to just send my items back in mail with note hoping to do exchange. Customer service is very lacking! I will see how items fit if my exchange happens.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you don't feel totally satisfied. I can see on the records the first response came with delay, however I do hope that detailed fitting assistance allowed you choose the better fitting size. The response to the second e-mail has been sent after 2 hours. Please check your LH account for response in Messages section. You should have also received an e-mail notification about the response. It may have ended up in your spam box, depending on your Email settings. Adding "[email protected]" to your safe contacts will help to always see the notification.
