Professional and prompt communication regarding order confirmation and shipping status. Knife received before targeted date even though it required movement from Florida to Souther California. Thank you.

I love it! Fit and finish are excellent (as is expected from Henckels). I really like the pivoting base for easy access from anywhere on the countertop. Unfortunately, I'll have to modify it to accept my second Henckels cleaver (I have both meat and vegetable cleavers), but I knew that before I ordered it, so that's no reflection on either Henckels nor La Cuisine. Overall, I'm really happy with it. (did I mention that the finish is really nice?)

This company was amazing. Excellent customer service. Kept in constant contact with me through the process. My order was back ordered and they gave me the option of canceling my order. Communication made me comfortable enough to continue. Very impressed with product and service. Thank you
