I was disappointed that one of the Ankarsrum mixer accessories that I ordered was not available/back ordered. However, the communication, emails, follow up by Maria Martinez in Customer Service were EXCELLENT. Totally different experience with ordering Ankarsrum parts with one of your competitors (Royalux)- - I would never do business with them again, while I will RECOMMEND La Cuisine Appliances to other friends. Small problem with FedEx on delivery time. A time was scheduled but they called to move delivery to earlier in the day. I would not be home at their suggested time so they placed me LAST on their schedule.
