Thank you for your review. We received an email from you on 1/15 and we replied on 1/16 but the email bounced. It appears that you left off the numberical portion of your email address on the contact form and did not provide an order number for reference. Bailey Medical is no longer in business, but we still have stock on replacement filters and Pumpin' Pal flanges which fit into Bailey flanges for alternate sizes, but you still need the Bailey flanges so if you do not have them, they will not work.
