Way overcharged for shipping
The product was correct, but the shipping price was ridiculous considering the method used. No way did it cost $16 to ship UPS ground on such a small/light item. I assumed it would arrive in 2-3 days that's why i paid up for expedited shipping, I feel a little ripped off. Otherwise service was as expected

Thank you for your feedback, Terence. In looking into your order, it was placed on 09/23/2021 at 10:42PM and was shipped promptly on 9/24. Our preferred carrier shipping information was noted prior to checkout and on your receipt with the following information "Preferred Carrier (3-5 Business Days)" Your package arrived on 9/30 at 3pm which was the 4th business day, but we do understand that with a weekend in between waiting on breast pump parts can be difficult! I am sending you a coupon code to your email for free standard shipping on your next order. In reference to the cost, UPS charges for a 1lb minimum so light items are unfortunately not charged less and the cost quoted includes a small handling fee to be moved up in the shipping que. We appreciate your business and your patience!

Great company, great price! 100% recommend.
Completely recommend to all expecting mamas! I was a little skeptic about entire order since I have never heard of company with great pricing for items! I was wrong! I received a shipping label with tracking information right away. I ordered replacement parts for my Mya portable pump and they arrived packaged beautifully with no damage. So happy I found your website! Will definitely make future purchases and share with friends.

Holy fast shipping Batman!
Holy fast shipping Batman! I went looking for smaller flanges for my Spectra S2. I had never heard of lactation connection before and this is my second time exclusively pumping for babe. I found exactly what I needed right away. Website is super user friendly and my favorite part is that the site actually allows you what they have available in stock.so you can order accordingly. Great experience!
