Shipping costs are outrageous!!
Shipping costs are outrageous. Only reason I followed through with a purchase was I needed what they had. Otherwise no way paying $9.50 for shipping $8 of stuff.

Ryan, I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with the shipping costs in your order. We do have the lowest FREE shipping threshold ( $59.99 order value) in online lacrosse retail. For all orders under the FREE shipping threshold, we try to use USPS Priority whenever possible. We do this to ensure that our packages are arriving within 2-3 business days of order date. While there are cheaper USPS First Class shipping options available we have generally found that these can take 5-10 business days on average and our customers are often unhappy with the shipping delays. The other main carriers (FedEx and UPS) are often slower and more expensive. For your 9/22/21 8:20 AM PST order of a roll of tape and 4 end caps at $16.45 plus $9.90 shipping we already sent this out on 9/22/2021 at 9:37 AM PST via USPS Priority mail. You should have these shortly. If these had not already been dropped off with USPS we would have extended an option to you of canceling your order. Our FREE Lax Fan Rewards program also has free shipping options that can be used on any order size. This might be something to keep in mind for future orders. Excellent service and highly recommend Zoom appt!
Excellent service, as always, from Lacrosse Fanatic. The Zoom fitting appointment option is fantastic - saved us at least an hour drive roundtrip. Michael was thorough in answering all of my questions, helped us make the best possible choice in chest protectors, and then figured out sizing. He mailed the merchandise to us that afternoon (no additional cost to ship over $49) and we received it the next day. So easy! Thank you, Lacrosse Fanatic. We are so grateful to have a local lacrosse store staffed with employees who know and love the sport.
