Prompt shipping.
I ordered gloves on a Saturday afternoon and received across the country by Tuesday. Prompt shipping. I like their website. Will order from them again.

Tyrus, We are so happy to hear that our same day shipping (even on the weekends when possible) and the carrier both worked as expected to get your gloves to you with lightning speed. We hope they work for you just as well. Thank you for supporting this small family-owned business and we look forward to helping you with your future equipment needs.

Yvette, Thanks for shopping with us. It looks like you picked up everything you needed to get your stick back into shape. With a new butt end and tape job, it should feel as good as new.

Excellent value
Absolutely love the speed and accuracy of Lacrosse Fanatic. The chest pad fit is great and comfortable. Excellent all around value. We’ll definitely order more from LF & recommend others to order from here as well.

These guys understand the game and…
These guys understand the game and ensure solid customer service to the end. This weekend we received the wrong color combo stick before a tournament. When we called about the order, Chris said to meet asap at the field the evening prior to the tournament and swap out with the correct order. Very impressive teamwork between the guys on the field hundreds of miles away from HQ making things happen for players on time and exceeding expectations.
Response from Lacrosse FanaticNov 15, 2021
Tim, We sincerely apologize that a mistake was made in the first place, but are so happy that we were able to make things right from our mobile store at the tournament you were attending. Thank you for your business but more importantly for your understanding. We are working to ensure that these types of errors don't happen in the first place.
