Friendly & fast
Friendly & fast, and great selection. Even took the time to personally call to discuss options and product availability. Just great!

Thank you for supporting us. It's great to hear that our team was helpful in making sure you got just the right equipment. Product availability has been a major challenge for our whole industry (if not the whole world) this year, but we're doing everything we can to have options to keep all of our families geared up and on the field. Thanks again.

I ordered a set of shoulder pads paid extra for 3 day shipment. Received a stick 3 days late. My son's first game is in 3 day s!!! NOT HAPPY Yes they did take care of order and was able to get me my order corrected overnight. Very grateful and thank you.
Response from Lacrosse FanaticMar 31, 2022
Robert, I apologize for the inconvenience we caused regarding your order. There was a mistake made in our shipping department that ended in a mix up of labels, and two orders to be sent out to the wrong people. This does not reflect our usual service, but I do apologize that you were affected. We were glad to sort this issue out over the phone. I hope the shoulder pads we overnighted to you worked out.

Neither your website
Neither your website, nor the email confirming my order nor any materials received with the order provides any information regarding how to make a return. Am I supposed to call you to get this information?
Response from Lacrosse FanaticMar 21, 2022
Joe, Thank you for shopping with us. I am sorry to hear that the pads you ordered need to be returned. I am also sorry that you didn't find the returns page on our website to be helpful. We don't have a formal RMA system, so please just send the pads back to us with your order number included and as soon as we receive them we will process your return and refund the cost of the pads. As I'm sure you understand, once we've done this it will take 3-5 business days for your bank to credit your account, but that is beyond our control. I apologize for any inconvenience.
