They are nice. I was expecting regular shoe lace. So they don’t work for me. But they are nice

I ordered pair of laces 1 month ago. I was charged via PayPal and never received a confirmation email. Never got my package. I emailed support about 3 times, and after weeks of neglecting my requests, they said they would ship it out. That never happened. I never received another email. This company is essentially scamming their customers. Save your money and buy from elsewhere, or else you will have to deal with their abysmal customer service and never see your order. EDIT: Despite the company's PR response below, I still have not heard back from them in any way. It's been over 2 weeks since I posted this, and months since my original order.

I know shipping times are delayed due to covid but my laces took well over a month to arrive which is unacceptable and they were thinner than expected.

Best quality for shoe laces, best color ways to go with any shoes. I would recommend to everybody to get these laces!

Scam. Never sent me my order. Do not buy from them.

The laces I picked out ended up being a different color than they appeared in the picture. That’s fine and understandable. Then I reached out to Loop King asking about a return or exchange. They never got back to me. So I paid $13 for some shoelaces that I’m not going to use. Also, maybe consider giving people an option not to have gold tips.
