Avoid at all costs! Massively overpriced Chinese fakes. Advertised as teddy Cotton robe and received cheap plastic fake with awful fitting. Then offered to keep it at 40% refund or tracked return that cost half of the item! Absolute scam! Reporting to bank as fraud and to Fraud UK.

I just wish that I had seen these reviews. Do not use them, they sound Spanish, but they are really in China. You cannot get an exchange, even after they agree to one! just 30% off something you didn't want, and if you insist you get a return address in China and you are supposed to pay for the return. I have taken legal advice, as I hate being conned!

I trusted the quality of this website because it showed ‘trustpilot reviews’ were excellent - looks like this is a total lie and deliberately misleading! Clearly actually not shipped from the UK.

Please don’t purchase anything from this website. They are scammers I wanted to return an item. Because it wasn’t good. It looked great in the picture. I emailed them, they asked me to send the picture of the item and I did. Still I haven’t heard anything from them. It’s a scam. Please don’t buy anything from this company.

Do NOT purchase anything from this company. Poor quality items replicating quality brands. If you want to return they will try the normal scam off offering 30% refund, then 50% refund to keep the items. If you insist on a 100% refund you need to pay for tracked postage to send back to China. Avoid.

Don't use this company - it's a Chinese company with a UK looking website. The goods are not as advertised - they are fake. I thought I was buying an 'embroidered' daschund hoodie. The website shows pictures from the Aelfric Eden website. The actual product was a cheap hoodie with a transfer of a daschund ironed on! You can't return - unless you're prepared to pay to return a good to a warehouse in China in the 'hope' that they'll pay you. The company should be shut down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They effectively reneg on their returns policy by not acknowledging your emails and their phone line is dead Avoid avoid avoid
