I made my order before having read the reviews which I am so glad I did for had I read the review I probably would not have ordered. My coat came in super quick time and considering this is my first time ordering the fit was perfect normally when I purchase something elsewhere I have to get it altered but this was superb fit, the colour was right and I love it. The only fault I would say is do not advertise as a winter coat it was more suitable for spring and autumn which again suit me as I wanted it for May which is spring as I will be attending a garden party so it will be just right not too heavy. Well done for keeping going especially the the mountain of bad reviews if you had given up then I would not have gotten my coat in the perfect colour and fit that I needed.

Adding this review as i was a bit worried about ordering from somewhere without trustpilot reviews and wouldn't want anyone else to run into the same issue. Great company, good quality for the price, in depth tracking info and super helpful customer service! I ran into an issue after receiving my dirndl as it didn't fit me well, so instead of returning it and having to pay shipping costs they offered 30% refund so I could pay to tailor it!
