LacasadellafibraReviews of lacasadellafibra.com

The item a free standing air cooler purchased on line came with chinese symbols that we could not understant. When we contacted the company for a refund we were told that it had to go back to china at a cost to us of over £75.00 We told them that the item was not fit for purpose and we believed that we should not had to pay for is return. The company ignored our coments and the air cooler end up in the bin. Please do not purchase anything from this website, the reviews are all made up on their website. Buy from a uk base ratiler and check the returns conditions before hand.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered an air cooler on 29th June 2026 and nearly a month later still waiting. Complete con . Can’t have a refund as they say it’s been dispatched. However no tracking history - funny that.

How stupid I was to order from this company. Ordered more than a month ago - no product, no money though on their website they promise the delivery within 5 working days.. Also, I later realised that their prices are 3 or 4 times higher than anywhere on the market. Well, I can only blame myself for not doing my research properly before placing an order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought an air cooler, took 2 weeks to arrive, and told uk warehouse out of stock. Packaging bashed. Ineffective, and asked for refund, and return address. They kept offering me % refunds and said I would need to return product to China! Would not provide return details. Do not buy something you arent 100% sure about! I told them I had put dispute in with my bank. Lo and behold, 100% refund.

Dont believe in the fast free delivery statement, 2 weeks and still not here, not exactly fast is it

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM - SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DON'T BUYFROM THIS COMPANY. I made the mistake of buying a bird feeder which took for ever to come. Not a problem if it had functioned. No instructions. I examined it carefully to see where the seed should be put in. The top didn't look likely and anyway was very difficult to remove. I examined the bottom but could see that was not intended to be removed so pulled on the top it came half away and that was because the little lugs that had held it on had torn away. If I totally removed the top there would be nothing to hold it in place and the bird seed would get wet in the rain. So a bird feeder you can't actually fill. Please take warning. I star cos I have to!!

I think this is one of those Ghost Shops.. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FRIM THEM SERIOUSLY. I bought 3 japandi 3d wall art pieces. The picture shown them framed like the ones Wayfarer sell, but they aren't anything like the real good ones i must add, that Wayfarer sell, they arrived in a small envelope, no frame and completely unusable because they'd been folded up into small squares. The exact same ones are on Temu for a fraction of the price. SERIOUSLY GUYS these are scammers..
