LacasadellafibraReviews of lacasadellafibra.com

This is a company I regret ordering from. Keep using same excuse logistics problems and promised it will be delivered by weekend then by next week but never arrives. Don't buy from this company as they are not truful. Not answered my last.email as I said I would post bad reviews. Asked them to process a refund but keep saying they can't. Absolute rubbish. Buyers stay clear.

Poor delivery, poor quality of product. Asked for refund but don't know if I'll get it.

Air cooler took along time but it is faulty and the company will not do anything about it I’m not happy and I would not get anything else from them the air cooler was ordered from uk. But they sent the order abroad the company in the uk, never informed me and the customer services are appalling they keep making excuses sending them videos of the problem then they want more photos and now they don’t answer, steer clear of this company

NO STARS KEEP AWAY! Items Not as advertised😡

Scam! I bought a gift for my daughter’s birthday. I paid a premium price and extra for faster delivery. Received an item clearly from Temu 3 days late. Utter rubbish. Sick of scammy websites! Requested refund but who knows if I’ll get one.

If I could give no stars I would, ordered a harness set for my dog for his birthday and the payment has been made however no confirmation and no parcel no refund

having bought 2 air cooler items, they took the money, were then out of stock for 7 weeks, replaced the goods with inferior products to what was ordered. all goods come directly from china. consistantly lie to where the products are. Please avoid this company for any purchases.

Such slow delivery speed that I asked to cancel and they wouldn't - yet another out of stock in the UK item (see other reviews). Wont cancel or refund - I wont be using them again
