I'd use it again.
This DAQ family met or exceeded my product requirements. The product's features were sometimes hard to understand, but their support always came to my rescue. The support of LabJack is where this product really shines. I ask LabJack a pointed question and get an answer to that point, with followup too. LabJack does not "shuffle you off to Buffalo" saying, "Visit our website.", "Look at our FAQ.", "Join our community.", "We have this Windows-only program you must use (I don't have a Windows machine).", or worse of all; I send an email to support and never get back a reply from anyone but a machine telling me with all the sincerity a machine can summon of how important I am as a customer. I used a couple of different DAQ types from the LabJack family. They all worked well. Using LabJack, I make good progress on the projects where deployed and none have come back from the field. When I have need of a DAQ, I'll use LabJack again.
