Label PeelersReviews of labelpeelers.com

I was searching for Simcoe hops on the internet when I came across Labelpeelers. They had the Simcoe hops in stock so I ordered them along with various other hops. The hops were packaged very well and the shipping was same day. The cost for the items was at or below any other online shop. After placing my order I realized that I had not ordered all of the hops I needed so I called and was greeted by a very nice representative that added the items that I had forgotten to my order. Outstanding customer service, great pricing and fast shipping. What more can you ask for?

From the moment I discovered this gem on the net I have been rewarded with awesome service and great prices. Being both a wine and beer maker, I have one place to get all my supplies and at prices even cheaper than my local merchant even with shipping. It's hard to believe that only 2 guys do all the work! On my last order I had a problem with a dried malt package that had partially leaked out in transit. I emailed to ask them what I could substitute for the small amount of lost malt and within minutes I received a response with a genuine apology and a speedy no cost replacement. That's caring customer service! I am confident that things will only get even better and I wish them great success!

This is one of the best online companies I've ever dealt with. I had a pound of hops sitting in my cart for a while before I finished the order, in the meantime they sold out of the item but then personally called me to tell they would sell me 16 1oz packages for the same price and let me know there would be a day delay. Everything arrived very quickly and for an excellent price. I've bought beer supplies from a number of internet sites but Labelpeelers is by far the best.

I ordered an item and then remembered something else I needed, placed another order that night, they caught it aqnd combined the orders saving the shipping rate. Thanks Guys!

I have completed several orders with Label Peelers all have went smoothly and at a competitive price. I would recomend.

Great prices on hops and fast shipping. Will be coming back for more.

What a great company to do business with. I called on a Thursday afternoon and asked if it was realistic for me to place an order and receive it in time for a Saturday afternoon brew day. They told me they'd do their best to get it out that day. I took them at their word and placed the order - pretty much everything except the base malt for an 11 gallon batch. I got an email from USPS about 20 minutes after I placed my order telling me that they'd received a shipment notification. I used the included tracking number and followed the order all the way to my town and sure enough, Saturday brought my ingredients and my brew day was a success. You don't always find customer service like this - and I really appreciate it when I find it! Thanks labelpeelers. This was my first order with you, it won't be my last.

Excellent variety of homebrewing ingredients, fast shipping fair prices.
