Label Peelers is not some printing company as this site may lead one to believe. It is a supply house for home brewers, winemakers, and distillers. I have been using them exclusively since I found them online. The prices, even with shipping costs, are better than I can get locally and the selection is tenfold what is available. The prices of their online competitors, some who offer so called 'free' shipping can not compete with Label Peelers total sum. The 'free' shipping only applies to light weights anyway. Order over a few pounds and the claim 'free' disappears. The only problems in the dozens of orders have been from the delivery company. And both times, the situation was resolved on their end with an email or a phone call. When I called, a living human being answered the phone and took responsibility for the difficulty and promptly provided a satisfactory solution. Complete and immediate replacement. I am always looking for good products and service at the best price. I demand it. I would recommend them to all who are involved with this craft.

When you give customers BUZZ OFF! sign if they want to access your website from different country location then you don't deserve even 1 star. As well, the unfriendly 404 message to bother somebody else and assuming that people are trying to do something bad if they are not from the location you decide can access webite. This just gives a bad vibe even if now I wanted to buy something or wanted to suggest your website / store . A polite 404 message would be an improvement for 1 star. Buzz off as well.

Been using labelpeelers since I started getting into home brewing during the pandemic. Great prices and customer service. No complaints here. If you looking for a supply brew store, this place is worth a check.

POORLY MANAGED & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! We searched their site for STRAWBERRY & PEACH WINE BASE The results showed a strawberry & peach wine kit which we then ordered enough to make 50 gals . Upon receipt we noticed this was NOT THE FRUIT STRAWBERRY & PEACH WINE BASE BUT GRAPE WINE WITH FLAVORING & CORN-SYRUP. This was in no way what we wanted ! THE DESCRIPTION SHOULD SAY GRAPE WINE WITH ADDED FRUIT FLAVORING “ normal & standard label practices After 2 weeks of emails & slow responses they agreed to take the return but WE HAD TO PAY EXTREMELY COSTLY RETURN SHIPPING ON SOMETHING THAT WAS THEIR FAULT .

I cant say enough about these guys - I am so pleased with my order and the service I received. I am currently on lockdown with the pandemic in full swing and decided to dust off my hobbies and pick up brewing again for the first time over a decade. These guys were the cheapest price on the internet for everything I ordered after doing a ton of shopping around. I ended up ordering more items as I tested my old equipment and found issues that needed replacing and repair. Due to the jam up and delays with covid they were able to grab my order off the shelf and make sure the extra items made it in the same box before it shipped to save me even more money. Things were delayed with the pandemic, so be ready for that if you're ordering now. BUT - call them up if you've got questions or issues, they have killer customer service and have been working until 1 and 4am in the morning to deal with all the business they're getting from the sale they're running. Thank you label peelers - you will be my go to from here out for hops and upgrades. Killer company - family run too. Do yourself a favor and order from label peelers!

I’m usually not motivated to write a review about a store unless I’m extremely unhappy with it. I take exception here. I’m always happy with Label Peelers. If I can’t find an item elsewhere, I can usually find it at Label Peelers. The store’s sales and customer service can’t be beat either. It is always a pleasure dealing with the people there, even during unfortunate circumstances. I recently placed an order during one of its store-wide 40% off sales and the item arrived damaged while being shipped. Label Peelers replaced the product quickly and without a hassle. I wish I could say that about all stores.

I've ordered form Label Peelers for years and have always been satisfied - great prices, fast shipping and excellent customer service. But their rewards program suddenly disappeared recently without warning - as did the reward coupons/discounts I had earned. Pretty lousy way to screw your customers.
