We would like to clarify that your order was promptly shipped via DHL Express on the same day it was placed, September 21st. The package reached Italy the following day. However, it appears there was a delay in the delivery process due to duties imposed by Italian customs, which DHL was unable to collect from you for 7 days despite their attempts to contact you using the provided contact number. We understand your frustration, but we'd like to highlight that the negative review indicating fraud was posted after you received your order. The tracking number for your shipment is 8393047585, and anyone can verify the timeline to see the events that transpired on DHL’s official website. Regarding email communication, we regret any miscommunication and would like to clarify that we did not receive any emails from you during this period. In fact, we proactively reached out to inform you about the customs duties and advised you to get in touch with DHL to expedite the delivery. Hello, Our policy does have exchange for a product found with a defect. All you had to do is contact our support no later than 48h after delivery to request an exchange. It is easy to notice a defect just 5 min after trying on your lenses and get back to us, we provide our customers with 48h. Your claim was made 30 days after delivery which totally voids any exchanges. We hope this explains exactly why we were not able to provide you with an exchange. We are sorry for the bad experience you had, but no one ever mentioned that they look so artificial. Every single client clearly states that they look natural. But we respect your point of view as everyone sees things differently and has different views and tastes.
