First of all, you should give the opportunity to give no stars because you don't even deserve one. I am at my fourth location for a drug screening for work and I've never experienced something so unorganized, so unprofessional, and so unacceptable in my entire life. LabCorp is a joke.They're getting paid for these tests and they don't have the organizational skills to earn it. Stay far away from LabCorp

I had an excellent experience at the LabCorp location in Brunswick. My cardiologist is in Atlanta, and one of the things I really appreciate about LabCorp is how easy it is to have my blood work done locally while the results are readily available to my doctor and, just as importantly, maintained in one place so I can follow my lab history over time. But the real reason for this review is the people. Tonya, Lynn, and Marie were attentive, caring, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy taking care of their patients. They actually made something that’s normally no fun…fun! A special thank-you to Marie. I can sometimes be a difficult blood draw, and she did an outstanding job quick, easy, and painless. From online registration and easy check-in to having your results and history readily accessible, the whole LabCorp system works extremely well. Add a staff like the one in Brunswick, and it makes for an exceptional experience. I would absolutely recommend LabCorp, particularly to doctors who have patients living outside their immediate area. And if your doctor doesn’t offer LabCorp as an option, it might be worth asking why not! Five stars to the Brunswick team and thank you Tonya, Lynn, and Marie!

The website is easy to use and the pricing seems fair. Getting blood drawn was a good experience across three different locations, all professional with little to no wait time. My problem is the results. LabCorp takes incredibly long to turn them around customer service was a hit or miss too. Only one of four reps I spoke to was actually helpful. For comparison I use Quest Diagnostics and had my results in under 12 hours. My recommendation is to go with Quest Diagnostics and stay away from LabCorp

I had an appt in Saugerties and they didnt have one of the vials they needed and it takes a week to get. The lab tech called kingston and told them the situation and confirmed they had the necessary vial for my test, again explained the situation and to not make me wait when i get there because I already waited in Saugerties. She gave them my name, confirmed they had the vial needed and said she was sending me there to not keep me waiting as I already had my appt. I got to Kingston Washington Ave site and there was an extremely rude young gentleman at the window who i explained the entire situation to who said "I dont care you have to sign in and wait your turn" With 20 people already waiting I couldnt afford to miss any more time from work so I explained it again to him and he was very, very rude and said lady, I dont care sign in and wait your turn like everyone else. He should not be working with any public with that nasty attitude! Stay away from Washington Ave Kingston NY Labcorp. Use Quest.......they are better people!

USE ANOTHER LAB. I had a question about my bill. I was billed $479 for a VERY routine GYN test that has been around forever. One test. I tried to contact their billing department and I actually don't think it's possible. I have tried everything. I am going to complain to my GYN but I'm stuck with this bill and no way to contest it.

I went online to make an appointment and was told that the site just a couple of minutes from my home was not open, so I was directed to one in another town, 20 minute drive. Got there and it is closed with a sign directing me to the one that was just a couple of minutes from my home. There were 2 Labcorp sites in the same building and after registering and telling them of the misdirection, I later overheard the receptionist telling someone about the other Labcorp site and that the wait in this office was an hour, but the other one only had one person. WHY DIDN'T SHE LET ME (AND EVERYONE ELSE WAITING THERE FOR AN HOUR) KNOW THIS? I got up and went to the other place, and it was nicer, cleaner, and my wait was just about 7 minutes after registering instead of the 1 hour at the lab just down the hall. INCOMPETENT, complete disregard for customers, and a friend told me he'd been to the lab in Windsor, CA and that it was filthy. How is anyone contracting with this organization?

tried paying the bill they cant take the card so you have to enter it using your phone. my is an old phone with a lot of problem and they could not talk to me so I could here them. the phone went silent when i bough up the key board to enter the number and then they must of hung up.

It’s ridiculous on their website that you can click on a 1230 appointment and you get here and the door says close from 12 to 1 PM, it also says you can walk in without an appointment. I tried that and they told me to go make an appointment came back a week later. Lost time from work for nothing.
