Our LAFD certified instructors provide flexible fire training schedules.The Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) mandates that all hospital staff complete six hours of fire and safety training once every four years, resulting in the issuance of fire certification cards by Los Angeles City Fire Department certification. Hello Stacey, my name is Daniel and I'm the son of Brian (owner and teacher of HFSI) and I'm sorry to inform you that my father has passed away 2 weeks before your class. I'm currently looking into how to refund everybody but I have seen that people were getting their money back on their own and I hope you were one of them. I am not associated with the business so I'm truly lost with how he had everything operated and my father had protections on everything so I'm doing my best to navigate through this while also dealing with the loss of my father. I truly hope you understand and I am truly sorry for any inconvenience you've had to endure during this time. I just received his property since he lived out of country which is why you haven't gotten a response until now. Again, I truly am sorry to you and everybody else whose going through this as well just as my dad would be too.

Provide No link to Online Class and No Response to Email/Calls
My class supposed to be on July 13 5-9pm and I have not received any email or link to the zoom class, I kept calling and also emailed them and 4 days after they still not response to be, it is very bad experience.

Dear Jessica, I am the son of Brian (the owner and teacher) and I'm sorry for your experience but my father passed away on July 4th. This is why nobody ever got back in contact with you since he ran this company all by himself. He lived out of the country and I just received his property so I'm letting everybody know what happened so they don't think my father was ignoring them. I'm truly sorry for the headache and aggravation I'm sure you had during this but I hope you can understand.

Don’t use this website for firecard
I signed up for this class as it is a requirement for my nursing program. I went with this one after seeing some reviews stating it was good. I was instructed to join 10 minutes earlier so I did. Class started at 4 pm, the host never joined. I emailed customer support and they never got back to me. I called their number and NEVER received a call back. They are terrible.

Hello Alondra, my name is Daniel and I am the son of Brian (owner and teacher) and I'm sorry to inform you that on July 4th my father passed away. He ran the company by himself so that's why customer support never reached out because he was the customer support. I truly am sorry for your experience and I completely understand. He passed away out of the country and I just received his property and its with a heavy heart that I have to inform everybody because I see the comments and while I understand them it hurts because my dad loved what he did and worked very hard to get it where it was today. I truly hope you understand and don't hold any animosity towards my dad because he took a lot of pride in this and you're experience would've been much different if his accident didn't happen. Again I truly am sorry for everything.

I paid for the class and never received…
I paid for the class and never received any zoom link from this company. I call the two different phone numbers, texted and emailed them and no one responded. Yet, they took my $50 dollars.

Hello Juanita, I am the son of the owner and teacher of the company and I regret to inform you that on July 4th my father passed away. This is why nobody was able to respond since he ran this company by himself. He lived out of the country and I just received his property so I'm doing my best to let everybody know what happened so they don't think my father did this intentionally. He loved what he did and loved teaching everybody so please know that he would hate that you had to go through this. I am unaware of how to redistribute the money to everybody but I have seen alot of people get refunded, I hope you have already done so or you're able to. I now have his phone so if you cannot please reach out as I'm trying to figure this out myself. I truly am sorry for this and hope you're able to understand.

Hello Grace, I am the son of the owner and I regret to inform you that he passed away before your class was able to take place which is why you never had any contact or able to have your class. I assure you my father would've loved to teach you the class because he loved what he did and took a lot of pride in it. I am not associated with the business and have no clue how he operated it so I'm not sure how to send the money back at the moment. I've seen a lot of people dispute the charges though and I hope you're able to as well. If not, I have my dads phone now so please reach out if you cant because I'm trying to figure out how to do that myself so people don't have a distain thought towards my father. I truly am sorry for everything and any inconvenience you've faced during this.

Never took a class here. This company is non existent. I scheduled for last Sunday. Emailed and texted and class. I am disputing charges now.

He ran this business on his own and lived out of the country so I just received his property and trying to let everybody know what happened so they dont think he scammed them. I understand why you would think so though but hopefully you can understand that wasnt the case. My father loved doing what he did and took alot of pride in it so i assure you this was not a scam, just a very unfortunate incident sadly. I'm glad you were able to get your money back though as I know my dad would be because he would never want people to spend money on a service they did not receive.
