Disgrace of a ticket company no compassion for a hearing-impaired customer
Disgrace of a ticket company no compassion for a hearing-impaired customer Review 1 star. Do not buy from this company if anything goes wrong. They will not look after you. I am writing this on behalf of Mark Waxkirsh. I was with him. Order TGQM9ZX, seats D90 and DX90, booked 13 August 2026. The night was a mess. Government alerts and alarms kept going, including a severe alert at 21:10. The woman sat next to us did not turn her phone off. Not silent off. She left it on. Phones were going throughout the auditorium. Staff did nothing. Nobody came over. Nobody stopped it. Mark is hearing impaired. That noise is not “a bit annoying” for him. It is painful. He missed large parts of the show and was in real distress. We told them that. We asked for seats where he could actually watch the performance. They refused. We asked for a refund. They refused. They would not even offer complimentary tickets the smallest decent thing after what he sat through. Flat refusal. No compassion. No common sense. No care. That is a disgrace. You take the money, you sell the seat, then when a vulnerable customer tells you the room was unmanaged and he was suffering, you shut the door. I have never seen a ticket company treat someone so coldly. People should know: if the show is disrupted and you need help, KX Tickets / A Tickets First will not help you. They will refuse you and move on. Av
