My order was delayed 2 separate times it was supposed to be deliver the 16th then the 21st then the 23rd and customer service does jack shit about it, something has to get done because this is ridiculous.

My first 2 experiences with them were really frustrating as they seemed to be having issues with their shipping department or something, but my 3rd order was shipped and delivered promptly so I ordered another 2 times since then and I can say it seems they worked out their issues, which is good because they have the best prices on the items I need for my 5 rabbits so it saves me a lot of money.

This was my first and last time ordering from this company. My order was shipped, and I received a UPS notification stating that it had been delivered. However, I live in a community of single-family homes, and the delivery notes indicated the package was left at the "front desk"—which does not exist. There were also no delivery photos provided. UPS informed me that I cannot file a claim directly and that the claim must be initiated by the shipper, Kwik Pets. Despite multiple phone calls and emails requesting assistance, I have received no response. The lack of customer service and support in resolving a missing package has been extremely disappointing.

1 ordered 2 Sentry 46-88 lbs boxes for my canines. I received 2 1 was expired. I called, they answered, said send pic and they would have a solution. I jave received no response in calls nor emails, all I asked for was a good replacement or a refund for the product that's expired. Don't think tou cant take legal action. They sold expired products. That's illegal.

If there was a ZERO star i would sadly have to give them that. Horrible experience dealing with this company. Sadly they lost a lot of business with the way they managed my order. As a professional groomer I go through gobs and tons of products…all kinds and refer many people to the product I use! Made a first time order and the scent of the product I bought was not correct. I bought multiple so called to see if I could return and get the scent I preferred. They said “sure no problem they will send me a return label “ promising to refund me once they get the product returned. Never got the label. Called 7 times. Sent two emails. Left five voice mails. It’s been over a week and my product is sitting in a box ready for return. No one has called…even tried the Live Chat option. Bummer . Never. again.

Bad service to the client, I send messages, call and y'all don't answer I send email messages and y'all don't answer. I'm just trying to cancel my shipping order

I placed an order for fish medicine and did extra for 2 day air, they sent it as ground advantage and it has been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten it, the package is now lost and over 30 fish have died

I paid $30 to receive veteran plus overnight and it took 5 days to get it and on top of that it expired on 3/3/2024. I called them for hours until someone answered and he told me that it will take couple of hours to check the issue out and I’m still waiting for a call back. That was yesterday 5/14/24
