Order my controller 3 months ago. They dont reply to my emails or messages on messenger. I ask for a refund and they still havent reply to it. I just lost over $300. Please be advise about their poor service and shady ass buisness! Hope this review helped other to not fall into my situation!

Took longer than expected for the controller. Was promised a certain date for Christmas but it almost did not arrive. Then I received an email saying they felt rushed so they forgot the bumpers on the controller so those had to be sent separately. I was frustrated. My son is finally able to use it, then eventually the left joystick is stuck on going left. I reached out a few times to ask for assistance with no response. I paid well over $100 for this controller to get this kind of experience.. don’t recommend

Good Afternoon Samantha, As we discussed earlier, your controller was shipped within 4 weeks, within the 5 week leadtime posted and arrived before Christmas as promised. As I also mentioned and as listed on our warranty page of our website, stick drift is not a covered issue as it is a wearable part and depends on use and care. Stick wear is inevitable and unpredictable due to the nature of the part. I offered to replace your internals at our cost (no extra charge) and you then decided against it and promised to leave reviews in various places because we would not give you a free controller after 7 months. Also mentioned, at the time of your order, there were very affordable protection plans available (some as low as $7 for a year) that you could've selected with your controller but chose not to. This protection plan is a third party and would have fully covered a replacement for you. If you decide you'd like use to replace your internals at cost as previously offered, please let us know.

I placed my order on December 27 2022 and I didn’t receive my order until March 15 2023. I also had to email the people a few times to check on my order, and wasn’t refunded for my extra attachments I added,which didn’t come with the controller.

Good Afternoon, Can you please email us? If something was missing from your order we will happily correct but have not received any communication about an issue. Update, I reviewed your order and email chain. There were no options missing from your order or refund due. We notified you of the issue with the triggers and Bumpers and you opted to change the option to dpad and buttons which we did.

I ordered the controller on September 6th 2022, and I have still not received the controller as of 2/10/23. He did communicate with me, but stopped responding after January 7th.
