TERRIBLE! Ordered a controller in January and still have not received it. I have contacted them on multiple occasions to ask for an update and received no update at all. I have asked for a refund and have had no response. DO NOT USE.

terrible controller didnt work, had to pay custom fees. sent the controller back and got little to no response from the company.been battling for a refund for months now just an awful company with awful customer service. DO NOT USE

I ordered my controller 9 weeks ago and have still yet to get it. The customer service does not answer or return my calls as well as any of my emails. I don't think it will ever come in and I am now out $150.00. DO NOT USE this website.

Do not use. They rip you off. Non existent customer service and shoddy product. Ordered a ps4 custom controller and it arrived extremely late with black marks all over it and faulty buttons. Unusable product. I contacted them on numerous occasions with asolutely no response. They are quick to take your money but don't want to know after that. A total rip off. I spent $172 dollars for this product. I may as well have just burnt that money. In reply to kwikboy modz answer, they did answer me after weeks and weeks when I involved paypal and expected me to pay for returns and redelivery and I would have had to pay for customs again so would have lost money to return that is why I chose not to return item as I had no guarantee I would get product I purchased and I didn't want to waste anymore money.

Wendy, We spoke once you received your controller and you explained your issue. We never saw any black marks and spoke to you something may have happened in shipping. Also, in regards to you having some issues with your buttons, we explained that you can send back to us as you are under a 3 month warranty but you chose not to. I'm sorry, beyond that there is nothing more we can do to verify or correct the problem.
