This system could not provide refund credit card for the order either quanity items or partial refund instead pay back to customers by cash and accept original credit card fees and taxes charged. Online ordering are able placing when out of stock items for many days. Lack of real human support. Be sorry to chose this software for real work.

Support call answered less than 30 seconds, it’s amazing. Their tech help me find out I got a network switch turned off accidentally. I have around 9 locations using Kwick for over 3 years now, it is the best POS system comparing with all others I’ve worked with. Highly recommend if you want manage multiple locations.
