Their “agent,” Titania Tran, wow! What a disgrace to genuine professional women that work for their education and make a name for themselves through pure intellect and integrity. I’ve never seen a real estate agent with less class. I get it; we’re in a generation in which attention is given based on the extent to which one can demean themselves. But KW, you appear more as a joke now than ever. As your agents pose with their exposed chests and photoshopped keys in hand.. your business is genuinely laughable.

I should've researched them to save myself from the unwanted stress. First, they prioritize profit over people while providing substandard service. I reported a leak in the water line that doubled my utility bill, only to get the run around until the lease ended. Then after moving out, they took the entire security deposit and claimed that I still owed $286. I made multiple attempts to pay the remaining balance through the online account. After I notified them that I couldn't login, they offered no alternative to clear the balance. Later I received a letter from a debt collector with an accumulated interest amount. Lesson learned I would not recommend.

Un agent de cette société qui faisait partie d’une autre société en 2018, nous a vendu notre appartement (160000€). Nous en étions extrêmement heureux car de multiples péripéties ont jalonnées cette vente et nous avions un grand besoin de le vendre car des acheteurs nous ont fait traîner des ventes avant de se désister. Aujourd’hui nous sommes stupéfait de voir cet ancien appartement, affiché au prix de vente, 130 000 € supérieur au prix de vente d’il y a cinq ans (290000€). Lorsque nous avons contacté, ce même vendeur dans cette nouvelle agence nous a expliqué que la salle de bain et la cuisine ont été refaites à neuf. Lorsque nous regardons les photos de l’annonce, il est vrai que les travaux de rajeunissement semblent de bonnes factures, mais de là à afficher 130 000 € de plus qu’il y a cinq ans, nous nous interrogeons sur l’honnêteté de cet agent qui a peut-être faire à l’époque une affaire financière juteuse sur moyen terme.

I would not even give this company 1 star ! The worst estate agents ever !! Worst of the worst !! Do not waste ur time and money on this estate agent especially if you want your house to sell well ! Trying to arrange a viewing and request a home report for a property but ONE WHOLE WEEK no response despite phoning and online request ! Call centre is a absolutely nightmare people are clueless and no one ever return your calls !!! Such a waste of my time ! What a shame on the owners who are trying to sell their house with them ! Avoid 1000000%

Made 5 calls, asking for a call back as I want to view a property, 1 email (which bounced back) and absolutely nothing! Terrible customer service!

La personne qui s occupe de l agence à carpentras qui ce nomme Diane est très nulle pas sérieuse et irrespectueuse elle nous a balader en nous fesant croire que nous signerions fin d’année 2022 elle était très sure d’elle et chaque fois elle nous a fait croire que nous vendrions cette personne n’est pas sérieuse du tout l’agence est peut être très bien mais cette diane est pas du tout bonne commerciale elle c’est foutu de nous et même pas elle s’excuse d’avoir été trop optimiste elle devait passer faire le poind elle passe devant mon commerce et ne s’arrête pas ni ne dit bonjour

I could never in good consciousness recommend Robert Kalin. My perception was that he was crass, lewd and out of the 5 real estate transactions this was the single worst experience. While the home did close, it was a nightmare to deal with. I stopped communicating with Robert as the deal was currently active. He had to deal with my husband because of his continued "antics" and my unwillingness to speak with him. Heath Hilgenberg the Owner of the Keller Williams La Quinta, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Redlands did not follow up appropriately with complaints of the nature that were escalated. I have had to seek outside treatment after the transaction was completed and have recurring nightmares. Robert continued to contact us after the closure of the home. The continued unwanted contact resulted in us needing to block him from any communications.
