I like the ease of use, after the first time of trying to get all the parts incorporated,BUT, I never get an email telling me when and if it is coming. I have to call at the last minute before I run out and find out it was "kicked out due to so many faxes coming at the same time". Not sure why that would be but this is the third time and still no email and running close to running out! I did get this survey so I am hoping the order was not kicked out and is on its way.

Checking out on the Web does not always work. The last time it would not apply my KV Bucks.

Never ever receive an E-mail stating that the product I ordered has been shipped with a tracking number. Last month the "Ringers Solution" arrived at my door and spent all night outside in the heat because I had no idea it was on its way.

Communication is lacking (no email confirming shipping, so no tracking info). Very slow turnaround time.

I was disappointed that my recent order placed Greenies on backorder. This is the first time this has happened since I began ordering Greenies through KV Supply years ago. I trust that this will be remedied soon.

My order was delayed by a full week. When I asked why it was delayed the response only told me when it was shipped and did not answer my question. I still don't know what the problem was. So I don't know if there is anything I could have done differently to help expedite the order. It would be a great help if they just answered my question. And not assume you know what I wanted to know.

I live KV VET and have been a loyal customer for many years. However, recently,since your redesign, your website is terribly slow. It doesn't matter what computer, o/s, tablet, or phone app I use, it just drags. I am still your biggest fan and recommend you to everyone, but the sloggy website is killing me.

I have shopped with KV Supply for many, many year! Even back when they were KV Vet & KV Pet, etc... I find their shipping to be fast and customer service to be great. We have 6 show dogs ourselves, board up to 8 more at times, have horses and yaks. Animal supplements and supplies are my life! Over the last year , I have found KV Supply to be more expensive than a lot of the competition (sometimes 25% more) and not good about price matching anymore either. If they would lower prices overall...they'd have me back as a full time customer.
