KV has the products that I use. Every so often I get KV bucks which helps. I receive items fast and in good condition. I am upset because KV will not let UPS leave package at the door if I am not home. I have to pick it up at a UPS office. Every thing else that I order is left at my door from UPS, Fed Ex, USPS. Many years ago a package from KV disappeared. It was never delivered by UPS. The tracking said it had arrived a 10? am. I was home and I have 2 large dogs that bark if anyone is near my front door. No one came near my door that day. I am thinking of using another dog catalog so I won't have to bother going out to get my package.

After you confirm an order and the order has not shipped 5-days later, you should notify the customer as to the problem preventing the order to ship. Had I know my vet had not responded, I would have contacted my vet immediately. After I called you to inquire on the status of the order and was advised, I immediately called my vet. They said that on the date you said you faxed the request, their fax machine was having a lot of issues - this they did not receive your request. I cannot imagine what if anything you would have done, as my call to the vet resulted in you res-ending your request and the vet responded next day. Keeping your customer informed and updated is core to excellent customer service.

I find the service with KV Vet Supply quite good. The prices for ABC fortified vitamins through them are quite competitive. My only complaint is that they use UPS to deliver. This means that boxes weighing 25 pounds or more or dropped several hundred feet from my house Kama onto my neighbor's property. The FedEx driver will come up here, but the UPS driver complaints about the blackberries, even after I cut them back specifically for him. So I wish FedEx delivery were used.

The package arrival in excellent shape and in good time. But with the hot weather in this area, the blue ice was liquid and seemed on the warm side. I would pay extra to maybe use another carrier that would use refrigeration.

I was helped by one of your associates and was to receive $5 off my order. Instead, I received a $5 coupon that expires in two weeks. Since I had just ordered a 3 month supply of vitamins, I wasn't going to reorder again in that time period so the coupon was basically worthless to me. I appreciate the sentiment although the coupon didn't help at all.

I've been a loyal KV customer for many years. The service and product selection continues to be among the best in serving my needs. The only negative as of late Is the price increase in the items that I require for senior pets. Has it been that long ago since I ordered LRs or did the price actually increase considerably in recent years? Nevertheless thanks for being there KV.
