I'm frustrated at how slow the shipping is. I've ordered from other companies and normally receive my items in less than a week. This company tends to take two weeks. My fault for ordering when I only had a week of medication left, got caught up with the holidays. Im also wondering why it takes a few days to send the item after ordering. Example I ordered on 12/21 and my item shipped on 12/23. Tracking says I should receive my item 1/4. Other than slow shipping I see no issues. Good prices.

It has been 9 days since the order was placed and I did not receive a notice until I asked about the status of the order. According to the tracking information I was able to determine that it would be another 6 days to receive the item. It would have been nice to receive a tracking number when the item was shipped.

Price was competitive on the prescription medication but I never got any information about receiving the prescription from our Vet nor did I get any shipping notification. I was given an arrival date estimate on the order confirmation but that date is gone and still no medicine. Better communication is needed before ordering again from this company.

I love reading your calendar and thought I had placed an order for gifts for my pups, grandpups and friends' pups. However, I never received the dog toys. Then I received this request from you for my opinion after ordering. So it seems you believe I ordered something too! I am very confused and hope you can figure this out for me. My order is still on backorder Was expected to ship 12/21/15, however, still have not received an update.

I am waiting on an order #5919410 ordered on 11/22/15 and b/o. But I have not heard any status updates. I also have been having trouble when ordering with there system either being too slow when checking out or just locking up. Once I get a product from them I am happy with the product. I do not go here first over other vendors when looking because of ordering issues.

I've ordered from KV Supply for years. In the past, responses from Customer service have been quick and accurate. This time - I sent two msgs - with no response. I eventually called and discovered that my order had been shipped...and delivered. I had rec'd no responses to my inquiries and no email noting shipment. I had to call my vet office 2x just to ensure that they rec'd the request for the prescription. There have been hiccups in the past, but it is becoming every order with a prescription - I have to check on, double-check - and then STILL I'm not sure if all connections have been made. The prices still remain very competitive and despite the lack of communication - my order was handled efficiently. I hope the kinks are worked out and would love to see the documenting and handling of prescriptions smoothed out. I had 7 dogs - now only 4 - but with 7 keeping track of HW med orders was difficult - with 4 it'll probably be easier - but a system attached to the site I order from would be helpful.

Was shocked at cost to send back item. I considered keeping something that doesn't work but don't want to clutter my house. Will hesitate unless absolutely sure item is right.
