I ordered 20 bags of Lactated Ringers and admin sets. I was sent 3. When I called to ask about my order I was told they would only let me order up to 3 a week. That would put my order below the free shipping cut off and I would have to pay the handling fee every time. Three bags will only last me a month. I asked why no one told me this when I called and placed my order they said someone should have. I will not use them again. The next day I ordered from another company and they shipped my order out in less than 24 hours. It didn't matter how many I ordered. Overall bad experience.

I placed an order for the first time. It never shipped. Then I called and found out that they needed more information on my dog. I asked them why they didn't call me as I provided them with all my contact information and the rep stated that this was up to the pharmacy but after requesting that she ship immediately, she did offer to pay for two day shipping. My dog was out of medication for three days. Poor customer service......have switched to another online company.

Your system won't let us update new prescription. We have to call,and jump through hoops to get a refill. The first email said Your Rx items have been processed. Thank you. But after waiting weeks and calling to find out it's not and no one let us know.

I have tried this product in the form of a biscuit which my dog loved. Unfortunately in the powder format my dog does not like even though I mix it in her food. The product as a biscuit was great and it did work so I am not saying that the product is no good it's just that the format of the product is not easy to administer nor does the dog like the taste. Since this is the case I am unable to use the product. I am finding it difficult to find the biscuit which my dog loved. If i can't get my dog to ingest this product how will she get better. I trust the product but don't understand why the change in format.

With all the changes to your fulfillment system, the RX process is till SLOW!! It also has limitations which include no provision for deleting deceased pets or retired veterinarians. This new software has been in place for many months and is still woefully inadequate, time consuming and inefficient. After years as a KV customer, I am seriously considering changing to another provider. On last week's order, the sale catalog special pricing for May was not reflected in the price of items I purchased before the end of May. That required an additional call to Customer Support which significantly reduced the total amount due.

I ordered the meds early morning on the 14th but I didn't get it until the 22nd but my confirmation said I would receive it 19th - 21st. In the past I have order on a Tuesday and received them on that Friday. Why it took over a week to receive my order this time when the system said it was in stock I don't know. Also, you website must have a glitch because when I checked on this last order on the 21st it still said my order had not shipped yet. Thanks.

I bought Conair clippers that I loved at first they were light weight and had the power I needed. I have a dog grooming business and rely on good clippers. In 2 months they started making noise I replaced the parts that came with the clippers that didn't help another month they quit completely. I went back to my heavy reliable ultra edge andis. KV told me I only had a 30 day warranty when I order from pet edge I get a 1 year warranty guess im going back to pet edge I make my living grooming dogs so good clippers are very important to me.

I ordered adequan on April 29 after mailing a prescription 2 weeks earlier to you address indicated on their website. I was told by someone to expect it last Tues or Wed= May 5 or 6. Since I haven't received it, I called today and they said they never received the script so it was on hold. Why wasn't I notified and where did the original script go. I was told that the supervisor would be notified and they would determine what happened. Meanwhile, I am running out of the bottle that my dog is using now :(
