I received my products quickly but the one product was liquid and there was a slit in it. It was packed in plastic bag so the sticky mess was contained but I was not happy to lose product due to this.

KV Supply has a website that is terrible, all pages are very,very slow to load. Fill in forms require a very specific format when filling in and if corrections are required, miscellaneous, random items are blanked and must be re-entered before the form will be accepted. It would be nice if at a minimum, they would display examples of the required formats for data entry. They eventually got my pet's meds to me but they are slow.

We do have to have prescriptions for prescription medications and the prescription needs to be from a veterinarian who is practicing within the United States. Placing the order online was simple. I mailed the written Rx to them. I never got any communication after that. I didn't know if they received the Rx or not. I checked my bank and the money had not been withdrawn. I checked the order status and it just said shipped/closed. Didn't have any tracking number, shipment date or any other information at all. I talked to someone there and they told me the order shipped and I should receive it on Monday (this was a Saturday). My bank was charged that day, a couple of days after the order shipped, which was odd. Service is good. Communication, specifically on shipment info, could be better.

Ordering was super easy. BUT...Our order arrived after the date on the email confirmation. Ordered a Kong which was much smaller than I expected. Description needs to reflect the size of the item...not the weight of the dog. Ordered an Arachnoid squeaky toy. We have had 3 of these in the past, which our dog loved. The one we received in this order, I COULD NOT make it squeak. My husband had to practically stand on it to get one squeak. It is impossible for my dog. KW has changed them and they are no longer enjoyable for my dog. This is not because of something KV Supply did, but you should know about it. Not thrilled with either item but will deal with it.

Thank you for your review with Trust pilot. Customer feedback is very important to us. Orders were delayed with the holidays so that is why shipping was a bit slower. We use the description that the manufacturers provides for their products. If ever you have a questions you are welcome to email or call us and we can give you better information. Yes we are at the manufacturers mercy when they decide to change their products but if at anytime you receive something like the Arachnoid or the Kong you can send it back either for an exchange or credit back.
