You cancelled my order because you thought it was fraud. I did not receive a email notification of this until I asked where my order was. I had specified 2 day shipping because my dog needed it asap that kicked in fraud!

My Vet faxed over the approval, was there when it occurred. However after running out of the meds and haverng to purchase a week supply from my Vet, and calling to complain; my order was shipped and I received it quickly. Next time please notify the customer if there's a problem. These are meds that must be taken twice a day, everyday.

My order always comes quickly and accurately. The site is easy to use which is nice because I'm really bad finding my way around web sites. The KV Bucks, that most often pay for my shipping costs, are now rare if non exsistent so I go else where to get free shipping. Most places have minimum orders for free shipping and I will gladly buy more for the free shipping, so they lose my business.

You would not let me return a dog bed -- the postage would have been over $100 (roughly the cost of the bed) and you did not give me a return postage label. So I am stuck with a $95 dog bed.

Your website states that if the buyers state of residence requires a prescription, that would have to be furnished prior to filling the order. The customer service representative told me that an RX is required period. It would have been nice to know that prior to attempting to order.

Usually KV handles orders promptly and we receive it within a day or two. This time we placed our order on 7/8; they didn't contact the vet until 7/15, late afternoon. The vet faxed back the order on 7/16. By this time the dog was in desperate need of her medication so I paid a lot extra to have it shipped overnight. We were to receive it on 7/17. By 7/20, it still had not arrived. After calling, we found out it hadn't been sent out! I was assured it would go out today (7/20) and arrive tomorrow (7/21). Also I was promised I would be credited the express shipping. We will see! Meanwhile the dog has been without her meds for at least 5 days.
