This company is a joke and definitely do not have pets best interest in mind. I put in an order for heartguard 2.5 weeks ago. I finally called to see what was going on and they said they were waiting for my vet to approve the order. When I called my vet who I have been using for 20+ years, they said they never received it and would call the company to approve it. If after 2.5 weeks, the company never heard a response, you would think that they would follow up with my vet or myself. Now my dogs are past due on their heart worm medication and the order is still just processing so who knows if I'll ever see it. Worst company. Will NEVER use them again!

Don't use these guys to refill pets meds. I placed a order on 7/27/17 and was emailed stating it would ship on 7/31/17. It is 8/03/17 and it still hasn't shipped. I called trying to find out what the delay was and was told I didn't have my vet call. It didn't state anywhere on the order I needed to have them call. It asked for the vets information and prescription number and I provided everything it asked for. I never received call stating I needed to do more to receive my order.

Buyer beware and read the reviews. They are not godd at shipping nor customer service. KVSupply was recommended to me by my dog trainer. I ordered a basket muzzle for my dog. I needed it the next day for a nail trim session with my trainer. I paid $27.99 for NEXT Business day. This was on a Monday. I received the muzzle on Wednesday. When I requested they refund the difference for misssing the deadline they mentioned somewhere on there website it states deadline is 2pm. I looked when ordering and did not see that. I seriously searched the main part of their website. You have to dig down into the bottom of website to find that, which I did after the fact. It even states "as a rule you can expect orders that ship next day to take 2-3 days." Had I of known this when ordering I would not have paid double the price for shipping then the actual product. Nice "get out clause" KV Pet Supply. And even their response time to my emails was very slow. Never again! I'll stay local or shop Amazon. Very disappointed customer!

Be aware, this is NOT A PHARMACY. They only are a middlemen in this whole thing! You won't find any information about that. I ordered a medication for my dog (Vetmedin) . My dog really depends on this medication. They emailed me, that the order is going to ship next day. After 7 days I called and they told me I need RX. So I had to send the RX. It took about 3 days to get the RX to them, and as of today , which is 15 days post ordering , the medication is still not shipped out. They will answer your questions about the order via e mail and by the phone, but be aware agents have no clue what is going on. If you ask a question through email and it is not convenient question, they will ignore your email! In conclusion, recount your need. If you need it fast go to other online place! This is not a place for you to be help fast. As for me, 15 days went by and no medication in my hands!

Ordered 18 boxes of flea control products on sale, for $70+ and waited 9 days, no products. Checked credit card and was billed $4.00 for one box. Called and was told they ran out and should have gotten an e-mail. My order was cancelled and no one informed me. My cats are past due for treatment and had to order from amazon instead. They did not care and offered no consideration for this error. Another representative, can't say customer service representative, because there was no customer service, said they don't send e-mails when an item is out of stock, it is up to the customer to check status of order. She actually hung up on me when I said I would no longer continue to order from them. New owner's are terrible, didn't used to be this way, don't buy anything from these people.

AFTER READING ALL THE BAD REVIEWS, AND WAITING OVER 4 WEEKS FOR AN UNRECEIVED CATALOG. I CAN SEE ANOTHER VERY GOOD COMPANY HAS GONE TO HELL. WILL TAKE MY 12 YRS. OF BUSINESS ELSE WHERE.

I'm updating this because I still have not heard from anyone. It has now been over two weeks. I just had to pay $200 to my vet for prescriptions I tried to order from these people. After I posted this, I read the other reviews. Apparently, the company changed hands. KV was highly recommended me by a friend who used them many years ago. Obviously things have changed since he used them. I have tried for over a week to get my prescription filled. I was told that KV contracts with a pharmacy. Either KV or the pharmacy or the communication between the two does not work. I am hanging in there because their prices are much better than my Vet's. I'm retired, so money is something I must consider. Unfortunately, since they have delayed getting the products to me, I will have to purchase from my vet. I hope this gets figured out before I have to renew the prescriptions in six months.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I did all the right things and KV Supply dropped the ball. I ordered an expensive Rx for my dog, one he just started and will be taking the rest of his life - at least several years. Placed the order with all the correct Vet information so they could fax for an Rx. The next day I received an email saying a "package" from your order has shipped. Great, just what I wanted to here after reading negative reviews, but took a chance anyway. I WAS WRONG! A week later no package. I checked the email again and what the shipped "package" was, was a coupon sent by email. Sorry, but that is not a package. I should have read the email more carefully the first time. I called and spoke to customer service who said they would check on the order with the pharmacy and get back to me. I waited all day, no response. I called back late in the day and customer service told be that the Vet has not responded. !) I find that hard to believe, I called the Vet the day I placed the order to give them a heads up. 2) Why didn't someone contact me over the past 9 days? So my order was just sitting there until I followed up today. I had to cancel the order and will be getting the medication from my Vet at nearly double the price. BTW my vet and their staff is very good about recording communications they receive, I picked up the medication I needed today and they had no request from KV for an Rx. I should have trusted the reviewers. I took a chance because I saw that the Sales manager had actually responded to most of the negative reviews. I thought that was a good proactive move on her part. Looked her up on Linkedin and she has been with the company 17 years. I thought I'd give them a chance. Now I'm here writing a negative review and will post it elsewhere. I also discovered the pharmacy they are using as of Jan 2017 is called Pets Choice, run by Lambert Pet Supplies aka Lambriar who has a history of supplying puppy mills. How did KV get involved with them and was there no vetting process. All in all, shopping for pet medications online has left a bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately there seems to be no reputable suppliers online. Buyer Beware!
