This is the 3rd year in a row that I have ordered my annual supply of Heartgard for my dog. After ordering, they immediately contacted my Vet who authorized the scrip and within days the box was at my door. No delays, no surprises. What a pleasure and with great prices.

Been placing orders with this company for about 5 years - got to say - whenever there is a prescription question (generally because I didn't put it in correctly), I get a call within 24 hours (at the latest) to inquire for the information - if I wasn't available, they will leave a voicemail - if they don't hear from me in a short time, there is another call placed to my phone - basically - they truly go out of their way to make sure my dogs meds / supplies arrive in a timely manner! Thank you for the great team you have!!!!!

I have ordered from KV Vet supply for many years and it has always been an easy process. They have great customer service and very competitive pricing. I'm a customer for life if they don't change business practices.
