Like the array of products and the prices are fair and equitable with other websites. One product did not meet expectations--an Aussie flamingo rope toy--10 week old schnauzer puppy shredded neck in two days. Always supervised, but surprised it didn't stand up to pup chewing. Service was prompt and order shipped in good time. Really like the Charlie Bear grain free snacks--low calorie and great for training and low calorie for our older dog.

We shop through KV supply regularly as having a special needs dog requires you to do. Theyre always friendly and will call with any updates or delays so you know exactly when your item will be on its way.

I ordered a prescription medication from KV Supply. They were to contact my vet for the prescription, (I assumed they would use a fax) but ended up calling the vet on the phone. KV Supply was unable to wait on hold, and then called me to call the vet. Other companies I have dealt with in the past have always just faxed the vet the order form, and the vet would fax it back. The prescription medication was the brand I wanted and also at a much better price than my vet could offer me, so the hassle was worth it.

They took care of getting my prescription from our vet. I just wish that there had been more communication as to when I was to expect my product after they were succesful in getting the prescription.

This is my go-to place for most pet products. Free shipping is important to me so usually wait to buy several items at a time. My last purchase I included a recommended item - Grizzly Salmon Oil - to help with shiny coats.

After many years ordering from KV Supply noticed price increases are becoming unreasonable, especially fob delivery on many items I order. The fob brings the price of the item so high that it is no bargain.

I've had problems with their website on a couple of occasions, but have discovered that if I call they are very helpful in getting my order placed.
