I placed an order for my dog's meds well in advance of when she would run out of her prescription. Placed order on the 10th - should be delivered by the 20th. Still no package. Finally called on the 24th and was informed that the package had been delivered on the 24th to my "front door". After searching the entire area around my front door, I located the package in the bushes near my driveway! I realize this is not KV's fault; however, maybe they should use a different carrier for delivery. It had rained and snowed on this package and my dog ran out of her meds all because the delivery person was too lazy to even put it on my walkway (where at least I would have seen it) Horrible United Parcel "SERVICE"

Good product, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Have had issues with the company not following through in the past, but gave the company another shot. Same problems.

I placed an order, and when I realized a week later that I hadn't received it, I called the company. It seems there was an issue with my credit card, but rather than call or email me to resolve it and ship my order - they simply did nothing. I only found out when I called to ask about my order. I consider that to be very poor customer service.

I never received an email confirmation of my order, I had to continually log in to my account to check the status of my order. Part of my order required a prescription. I tried to enter my vet and pet info on their website at least 4 times, the system never accepted the info - I left a voice mail and an email with the info. I also called customer service to check the status of my order and the first time, they were friendly, efficient and professional - or so I thought. When I later saw that only part of my order was shipped, I called customer service again. The missing items were on backorder - again no email about that either. I still have no email and no idea if and when the items will be in and if they intend to send them to me. When I called customer service the first time, they should have informed me then of the backordered items. The whole experience was very disorganized and unprofessional.

The company obviously changed this item but on the KV Supply site they show the previous type. However, I wanted the older version and ordered 12 of them but when received package, it was the newer version so I had to ship back. Waiting on receipt of shipment and credit to my credit card account.

The product most likely works great, however in my dogs case it takes him at least 4-5 cookies with breakfast and a few thru out the day to keep him somewhat calm He is an 80+lb Golden with mild-severe anxiety. When hes with me and has taken a few cookies, they seem to work fine. Leaving him alone in a kennel (with my other dog for added support and stress relief) he is still quite anxious. Also i was hoping the cookie itself would be bigger. Its about 1/2 the size of a baby carrot... Overall I am disappointed but not upset over choosing this product. Just looking for something to help my poor pup!

Best source for IV solution -- but online ordering form is very frustrating and buggy--especially when trying to process orders requiring an RX. And had same problems ordering refills--kept saying enter New Vet info even though all info was there from first order. Help messages all said I needed to call customer service by phone, which kinda defeats the purpose of trying to order online. To be fair though, the customer rep was pleasant--I just have a dislike for talking on phones.

I love their prices. However, every time I order from them, the length of time it takes for the product to arrive can take 5-10 days. That makes it hard to judge when I should order, especially when I have such a busy schedule.
