All service was good. Shipping was fast. However I was trying to find a replacement for my Durafork stall fork head. Your product looked IDENTICAL down to the number of tines. When i received it I found inside the hole where the hsndle goes, the head has extra plastic molded into it. Two long rows of plastic & more plastic that was flattened inside where the screw goes though the head & handle. What a bummer. I was going to send it back when my friend pulled out his power tools & reshaped my wood handle. Of coarse he shaved off a lot of wood so I doubt this will hold up in time. Thought you should know. Thanks for caring enuf to send out a survey.

haven't received my order yet, taking way to long , i think..

Ordering meds through KV is beyond cumbersome, but the worst part is that they don't communicate during the process so you never know if the RX has been received; my order showed shipped even though they had no RX. It took me two phone calls and one trip to my vet to get the RX which then could not be faxed to KV, but had to be sent by regular mail. An email I sent to KV asking why they had a fax number listed is still unanswered. The products are good, the phone customer service is good, but they are seriously lacking in the technology department. This is definetly my last order with them.

I attempted 5x to use onine order system but it failed so had to call. Took my order and payment system on phone order. They had to call my vet...have heard nothing since...no updates. No oder....poor customer service all around it has been 2 weeks!

I order hundreds of dollars of shampoo every two to three months from this site and my last experience actually calling and dealing with customer service extremely unsatisfactory. Your promo code system is ridiculous, I don't know if a promo code is actually a promotional discount (like it's called) or just something you call a promo code to track an order, very confusing and frustrating. And your staff is not friendly at all!!! The first person I dealt with seemed nice, she told me to call back the next day and ask for a discount, when I was practically laughed at the next day and lectured to, I realized the first person was just putting off having to take my order because there is obviously is NO discount system. So my order was delayed an extra day and I got laughed at and lectured to because I followed the advice of one of YOUR representatives. Ridiculous!!

This was my first time ordering heartworm/flea medication online. I placed the order several weeks ago and no one contacted me to let me know that they had not received the fax from my vet prescribing the medication. I am not sure how long the order would have remained in limbo if I had not called. The representative was defensive when I told her I knew that my vet had faxed the order in already. She actually asked me how I knew that. I told her my vet who I have worked with for years called and confirmed that they sent the fax. It seemed more important to blame my vet's office for not having the script on file than to just resolve the problem. I am hoping the medication will arrive in the timeframe promised, but again, I had to ask the representative she did not anticipate that would be a concern for me after this delay. Hoping things go more smoothly next time.

Previous experience with KV Vet has always been positive. Not this time, and this was a very important one. Ran out of my dogs prescription Etodolac and reordered. Gave all vet info and had KV Vet fax to my Vet. My Vet faxed back (I confirmed with them that they have confirmation fax prescription had been received by KV Vet) but KV Vet never processed it. Had gotten email that I should receive by 8/25/2015. On 8/26/2015 I contacted KV Vet that I had not received order yet and was informed that they did not get my vet's faxed precription back. I called my vet to have them re-fax it. I received a call the next day letting me know they now can process my order and I should get it AROUND 9/2 or 9/3!!! My dog is a 12 1/2 year old collie. The Etodolac helps him be able to go up and down stairs. Since 8/25 I have had to assist him UP AND DOWN THE PORCH STAIRS so he could go potty.I'm not talking about a flight of stairs, only 4, but it is still to much for him with out the Etodolac. I know accidents happen, and things get lost, I asked if this order could be expedited with the shipping and was told to talk to person who would be calling the next day. When that person called she left message that it was already shipped and when to expect it. Really think that was poor service, and how do you explain to an elderly dog, "hey your med's won't be here for another week, sorry they didn't care enough about you not being in pain to send it quicker than ground shipping!" Very disapointed in quality of service and lack of service I got. Also about trying to blame veterinarian for KV Vet's mistake. Will I shop with KV Vet anymore, I don't know. What I do know is I will be sure to let people how KV Vet let me down and if they have an important order they might want to think twice before ordering or just go somewhere else for the medications for their 4 legged family members.

The worst part in dealing with kv supply is their packing and shipping. It takes for ever for something to be shipped and received.
