Very slow to received orders as of later and seem to be out of the items we need and they are back ordered. I can generally get the same items much quicker and at a lesser cost through Amazon.

I have used KV Vet - KV Supply for many many years. I usually order my pet medications from them but the last couple of times have not had the greatest experience with either their order taking staff or getting a concern escalated beyond the phone person. I recently ordered a pill form medication that had a 60 count to it. I have ordered it previously from Drs Foster & Smith (and was cheaper) but have other items I needed and have ordered here before also. This time the meds did not come in a script med labeled bottle but instead came in packages of 3 pills each with a LARGE cardboard like package that a vet will give to a customer to 'try' it for their pet. This was not only extremely bulky and a pain to get the pills out of but also made for more shipping weight. When I called the person could not help me, acted as if my concern was not really a big deal and suggested I call back when a pharmacist was available during the week day. (when I am at work and have to stop to call, wait, and finally get heard) Instead, I solved it easy, peasy. I switched back to Drs. Foster & Smith. No more issue.

I'm thankful that KV Supply had the medicine I needed for my dog, but, it advertised 'free shipping' then when u read the fine print it's 'free shipping on over 80%of products' which of course did not include what I needed.

Recently ordered a riding helmet and the visor had a bad crack in it. When I immediately called to report it and felt a little bit like they didn't believe me, even asking me about the condition of the box when I received it, and whether the tape was intact when it was delivered. The box it comes in (not the shipping box) is a very lightweight flimsy box, and that was inserted into a shipping box with air bags around it. Still cracked though.

I needed to order Clavamox tablets for my cat because there was a backorder and my vet could not supply them. They tablets were available from KV Vet but required a prescription from my vet AND required me to submit an online form. I had to fill out the form at least four times before it was accepted by the "system". I let my vet know that KV Vet would be phoning them to get the prescription information. My vet emailed me a couple days later to let me know that she was still waiting for the call from KV Vet. I said I would investigate the delay and phoned KV Vet myself. When I asked why my vet had not heard from them, the representative said "oh your veterinarian information did not come through with the online form". I commented that someone should have called me to let me know. The rep did not apologize but said in a snarky way the pharmacy is closed now and someone will call your vet tomorrow. I did get eventually get the Clavamox but the process was not without problems and the representative was less than pleasant on the phone when I called. So I would order prescriptions from KV Vet again but they need to work on their process.

Great selection, but not the lowest prices. Loyal Customers need to get perks like more frequent KV Bucks.

I was promised delivery Thursday or Friday of last week. The package arrived late yesterday (Tuesday). Very disappointed. Also, the webpage is NOT user friendly. Had to call to add a pet.

And, you are already asking for a review. How can I give a better rating. Don't know when (and now if) I will receive it. You are a little too anxious since I do not even have the product yet.
