I have purchased the Dogi Pot bags for seven years and have been pleased with the quality of the product. I was disappointed with this most recent order. The bags seem to not be as sturdy. When tearing them from the roll they often rip along the seam thus rendering them useless. I am sorry to say that this will be my last order.

I placed an order for the Kennel Cough vaccine, wormer and needles. Paid for the 2 day shipping and it never came. Four days later I called and it was held up due to weather. So I told them I did not want the vaccines. They sent them back and I received the needles and no wormer. I finally received a new vile of vaccines but no wormer. I had to call again to find out about the where about's of the wormer and it did not get shipped. I then finally receive the wormer. I took about a week and a half to receive my 3 items in 3 different orders.

With a litter of 12 Great Dane puppies in need of Goats Milk Esbilac, we ordered 5lbs, 2nd day delivery on Thursday December 24th. KV's web site stated 'All orders placed before noon are shipped same day'. We expected delivery Monday at a cost of $40+ for a 2nd day delivery shipment.. Knowing how much & fast Great Dane puppies consume, we ordered an additional 10 lbs on Saturday the 26th, regular shipping. We learned that the original 2nd day delivery shipment was not shipped on the 24th as promised on KV's web site. We were told at first that UPS did not pick up that day. In a subsequent conversation, we were told that KV closed at noon. All of these excuses belied that fact that this was not explained on the KV web site & we expected it to be shipped on the 24th. This caused us to have to purchase 8 -12oz cans from a local Veterinarian at a cost of $34 each. Which barely lasted us until Wednesday December 30th, when the 2nd day delivery shipment finally arrived. Lo & behold the order of 10lbs placed with regular shipment on the 26th arrived the very next day.....

Order of prescription pain meds for dog took too long to arrive as it was not shipped for several days.

Being recently retired and on a fixed income i thought that the prices at KV would help the monthly cash flow over what i spend at the vet. After ordering I received a phone call asking about my vet and KV needing to send them a fax for some type of authorization. The vet would not complete the fax but gave me a prescription. I called KV and was going to email the prescription but they can only take the original so I had to mail it. It would be helpful to know in the beginning ALL that needs to be done for a particular medication. I saw the charge on my card today so hopefully the meds have shipped. The whole process will end up taking about 3 weeks.

The bed is not at all as described / It is large, but rather flimsy. advertised as 3 inches of foam, not accurate. Cover is thin. Very disappointed.

I think KV charges too much in shipping. My order amounted to a little over $70 and by the time they charged $26 in shipping my total bill was just under $100. I only ordered two items, a small to medium sized pet bed on sale and one small container of vitamin supplements. The box that arrived was not very big, and it came standard delivery, not rushed. I thought at one time KV shipped free, orders over $50. I'll think twice before ordering from KV again because of the shipping charges.
